For Premium Printed Copies
Check them before you let the delivery person go. if you find any unacceptable physical damage, don’t accept the books. Otherwise, the courier won’t take any responsibility.
If you don’t get the book up to your expectations, you are requested to contact us (01844466403) immediately. And return the parcel to the delivery person at that time.
If there is a page missing that you find later (Within 7 Days) while reading the book, you need to send that back to us. We will send a copy of the same book which doesn’t have those problems. We will refund you if we fail to provide that. DO NOT MARK anything on or damage the book/pages. We can’t take it back then.
For Original copies, you need to check before you let the delivery person go. As they come directly from the publishers, we can’t make any changes later.
